Kinnerton Craft Group

Kinnerton Craft Group

December 2021.  In July the village Craft Group finally returned following months of lockdown. It was agreed to concentrate all our efforts on one joint project which would not only help to  re-establish the craft group, but also celebrate the very diverse groups who take advantage of and use the Village Hall facilities.

All Craft Group members made invaluable contributions in producing unique pieces of work, each reflecting the activities of each group. Special  thanks to Chris Robertson who skilfully assembled the final piece of work.

The finished Wall Hanging is soon to be displayed in the Village Hall and it is hoped that all visitors take the opportunity to spend a few minutes and view the completed hanging. The craft group has something for everyone – a very broad range of different kinds of crafts. Members can bring along their own projects or simply try one of the activities available. Demonstrations are always welcome. For example, on 19th November one of our members kindly offered to demonstrate ‘Xmas Table Decoration’ (photos of just a few of the finished items  are shown).

Why not give us a try? We meet in the Blue Room at the Village Hall on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month, at 1.30pm. For more information please contact Margie Edwards 01244 661090 or 07929369259.
