I moved to Higher Kinnerton in October 2019 having lived in Hawarden for 20 years. After graduating from university, I ran a small business with my brother before moving into the legal sector in the NHS which I have been a part of for the past 5 years. I hope that my skills can be of use in protecting the fantastic rural village that we live in.

I have been a local resident for 2 years living on Kinnerton Road, although I have lived within the nearby area for 12 years in total. I came to study at the University of Chester and never went back! I would like to remain a local resident for many years and hope to see the village prosper as much as possible.

I moved here from Chester in 2018, having retired at the end of 2017 as a Dispensing Optician with my own practice in Cumbria. Previous experience includes many years in the IT industry followed by a rewarding career as a landscape photographer. I was chair of Governors at our local village school in Cumbria for 6 years and also helped with village-based projects, including the planning, development and maintenance of our village play area. I am recently married, and also have two children and two young grandchildren.
