I moved to Higher Kinnerton in October 2019 having lived in Hawarden for 20 years. After graduating from university, I ran a small business with my brother before moving into the legal sector in the NHS which I have been a part of for 7 years, in which I specialise in medical law. I hope that my skills can be of use in protecting the fantastic rural village that we live in.

In my spare time I enjoy sport, reading and film and I run the community cinema in the village.

If you have any issues in the village, please do contact me using the email address below.

I have lived in Higher Kinnerton for 17 years and moved to the village to raise my family. I have lived within Flintshire/Cheshire for all of my life with the exception of 3 years at University.

Since graduating I have worked within the health, safety and quality profession, which I have remained within for the past 22 years.

In my spare time I enjoy cycling, running, hill walking , gardening and spending time with family and friends.

I moved to the village with my parents in the 80s and, although I lived overseas for years, have always called Kinnerton home. After retiring from Flintshire Adult Social Services a few years ago I set up a new Baby and Toddler Group in the village and am keen to support village initiatives and residents in my role as Community Councillor. In my free time I enjoy playing golf and walking.

I moved to Higher Kinnerton in 2021 with my partner and particularly enjoy the proximity to the countryside and the sense of community in the village. I am interested in the biodiversity and sustainable aspects of gardening and am applying these principles on my allotment plot in the village. I grew up in Flintshire but have lived in places as diverse as Wrexham, London and Japan. I spent 20 years teaching Maths, and now support maths professional development nationally. I enjoy cooking and cycling and would like to resume long distance running if my legs allow it!
